Amedeo offers weekly updates from journal subsets of interest. The free facility has a user friendly website which can be used to set up alerts.Using AMEDEO you can select a medical area, select your favourite medical journals and submit the request form to receive the weekly emails.
The Current Awareness Service for Health (CASH) is a collaborative project provided by a network of librarians and knowledge managers in the health sector who monitor and capture content from across a range of subject areas. The collaborative working model helps to avoid duplication of effort. At the hub of the CASH website is a database which is used to capture all the latest publications from a selection of high quality sources, organised under a category structure.
The NICE CKS service provides primary care practitioners with a readily accessible summary of the current evidence base and practical guidance on best practice in respect of over 330 common and/or significant primary care presentations.You can search by topic or speciality. Educational presentation slides are also available.
Using Evidence to search Medline, Embase or other databases (logged in via OpenAthens), you can save your search and set it to run on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis; emailing you any new items that have been added since the last search.
